At Ébène Marie, we take pride in delivering premium-quality braiding hair designed to meet high standards of performance and comfort. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns.
Exchanges
We will accept exchanges under the following conditions:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
Customers are responsible for:
- Return shipping costs
- Shipping fees for the replacement order
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, we will replace it at no additional cost.
To process a replacement, please email:
- Your order number
- Clear photo proof of the damaged item

Incorrect or Undeliverable Address
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout:
- The customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping the order
Final Sale Notice
For hygiene and safety reasons, all hair products are considered final sale once opened.
